A British Airways flight bound for Oslo today, had to return to London Heathrow Airport to make an emergency landing after the right engine caught fire following a reported bird strike. The cowling of the left engine got peeled back.
Both runways were closed as passengers and crew were evacuated from the plane down emergency chutes. Nobody was hurt.
