Normally I don’t post advertising but this could be quite interesting for you. The official Airbus merchandise online shop currently offers a discount of 70% on all products! As if that wasn’t great enough, additionally you get free shipping and a “Remove Before Flight” keyring for free with every purchase.
To be more specific, they offer aircraft models for as little as €4.50, t-shirts for €5.70, polos for €9.00, caps for €4.50 and they even have a discount on pilot watches for just €22.50!
They’re doing this clearance sale to make room for new products. Since Airbus changed its logo some time ago, many new products with changed corporate design are coming in June. So please note that current products are all still wearing the old Airbus logo. But its great anyway!

I ordered some items on May 12th, and despite sending them FIVE e-mails, which they haven’t replied to, I’m still waiting for the merchandise. Sounds similar to the delivery of the REAL aircraft. Dreadfully disappointed.
I ordered on May 21 and got it delivered on June 10. It took some time, but so what … I understand that there are some delays because of high demand.
Did you pay by credit card? Did you check your order status? You can track your order in your user account. After you logged in you need to go to “My Orders”, find your order and click on the link called “View”, now click on “Track your order”. A new window will open holding your tracking data.
I also have placed some different orders a few months ago, that all have been delivered. They’re slow but you’ll get it some day.

Hi, To anyone interested, and especially Michael, who seems so willing to promote this business. The seller had the web site down for maintenace, and now up again with NEW products, all very interesting. I’m amazed they could do this, since I have sent SIX e-mails requesting information about my order, which states “processing”, and I called the ‘phone number Michael provided, guess what, nobody answered.
Order products from this seller, at you peril. BE WARNED, find another supplier, who sells ‘faux’ products, and also delivers.
I contacted them a while ago because one item from my order was missing. Today I got following e-mail:
Dear customer,
we are pleased that you decided to order from Let’s Shop Airbus.
However, we are very sorry that your order was affected by delivery and
logistics problems.
This was caused in part by exceptionally high demand. There were also
technical difficulties which meant that it was possible to order and pay
for items that were already sold out.
We greatly regret this and we would like to apologise to you.
At present, all orders are being processed swiftly and you will be
reimbursed for all sold-out products. This should be completed by the end
of July at the latest.
Until then, we kindly ask that you remain patient and refrain from
enquiring by e-mail or telephone.
Meanwhile, optimised processes will ensure a smooth procedure for new
orders.

Now more than two months since I ordered, and the order is “processing”. No reply to any of my communications. Sounds like, and has the feel of a major scam. Take massive number of orders, and just complete a few. Disgraceful, and know recourse to investigate.
I’d received most of the item in a order(just 30EUR) but Airbus miss my T-shirt(7EUR), and mark my order to “Completed”.
How can I report my case or go to court to alert it?
